Visitors coming to New York City this summer might want to take advantage of these $125 per night rates from hotelconxions.com. The participating hotels, the Ameritania and the Bentley, are both run by the Amsterdam Hospitality Group. The Ameritania has a great location near Times Square and Columbus Circle, but is a fairly simple hotel, while the Bentley is less coveniently located (it's near 1st Avenue) but some find it to be more comfortable and nicer. The rates are good for visits from June 1 - August 31, 2006, and must be reserved through Hotelconxions by June 30, 2006.

Visitors who want to see the Edvard Munch exhibit at the MoMA on their visit to New York City might be interested in the “Don’t Miss Munch” package from the Buckingham Hotel. For $1500, guests will stay for the weekend in one of the hotel's suites, have a private guided tour of the Edvard Munch: The Modern Life of the Soul exhibit (including VIP tickets that allow you to skip the line at the museum) and have a three-course dinner with wine pairings with their tour guide at The Modern. This package is available through May 8, 2006 by contacting the Buckingham Hotel online or at 888-511-1900.
