The holiday shopping catalogs have already started clogging up my mailbox, but I'm always pleased when I discover a great gift idea while flipping through one of them. Williams-Sonoma has just introduced cocktail mixes from two great New York City restaurants: Gramercy Tavern and Eleven Madison Park.
