Guide Review - Birdy's Bachelorette Party: Theater Review

From the minute you reach the 80's hotspot The Culture Club, the show begins. You are greeted by one of Birdy's oddball friends and directed to the upstairs room(aka Club Pink). Birdy's Bachlorette Party recreates the atmosphere of a genuine bachelorette party. Members of the audience become Birdy's guests joining in the celebration of sweet and innocent little Birdy's upcoming wedding.

Upon entering Club Pink, you are greeted by host Mr. G.. Mr. G will then introduce you to the rest of the Club Pink Staff(not too shabby). He will lead you through a entertaining evening of Booty Box Dances, Sex Karaoke, a game of Adult Truth or Dare.

At times it is difficult to follow the show because the actors move from one side of the club to the other. You never know if one of the many bachelorette parties next to you is the real thing or if they are part of the cast blending into the crowd. Because the show is interactive you can expect to find yourself suddenly talking about Birdy with one of her "friends" or sitting in the Lap Lounge getting a lap dance from one of the hunky cast members.

Included with your ticket you also receive admission to the 80's club downstairs with a giant Rubik's Cube hanging from the ceiling, Debbie Gibson, Boy George and other 80's icons plastered on the walls as well as the DeLorean found in Back to the future. Expect to dance to Madonna and Pat Benatar. Overall this is a fun filled evening for a birthday's or brides to be.
