Our second sit down tasting on the tour was Peking Duck at the Peking Duck House. Our tour guide talked about the history of Peking Duck, as well as the extensive preparation required of authentic Peking duck and then we were able to watch the chef carve the duck up. Rasheem then showed us how to properly assemble the pancakes filled with Peking Duck and our group got to enjoy several delicious duck-filled pancakes each.
