The cost of admission at New York City's fantastic children's museums can be very frustrating -- in most cases you have to pay for every family member and the short attention span of young children can often mean you'll only be spending an hour or two visiting the museum. Check out this list of free admission days and times at New York City's children's museums -- with a little planning, you can avoid paying too much for admission to these great museums. Do consider making a donation when you visit though -- it costs a lot of money to keep these children's museums running.
