We had early reservations for Restaurant Week lunch at Gramercy Tavern. Gramercy Tavern is a particularly popular Restaurant Week choice, so you'll need to book early to get a table. Gramercy Tavern releases tables 28 days (4 weeks) in advance, and they accept reservations beginning at 10 a.m. You can also make reservations on OpenTable, which I find to be less irritating than calling back repeatedly to get through to the reservationist when the line is busy.
