Winter 2005 Restaurant Week Lunch at Gramercy Tavern

The Peanut Butter Parfait arrived at the table topped with chocolate sorbet and surrounded by candied peanuts. The server then poured a caramel sauce over the peanuts surrounding the parfait to complete the dish. A bit on the sweet side, but nonetheless a delicious dessert. The candied peanuts cloaked in caramel were my favorite part.
