- S&B Report - Lazar Shopping has select Sample Sales listed online, but in order to get access to their comprehensive listings, you'll need to subscribe for $75-125 per year. The "Blackbelt" subscription is $124 a year, and includes a monthly printed report, as well as access to online updates and listings. The "Online Blackbelt" subscription for $75 includes online access to the report and updates instead of the mailed report.
