Staten Island Museums

Visitors to Staten Island will enjoy the free ferry ride (which includes views of the Statue of Liberty), but don't forget about the great museums and other attractions that Staten Island has to offer, including the National Lighthouse Museum and Staten Island Children's Museum.

Alice Austen House Museum

The Noble Maritime Collection

Staten Island Children's Museum

Collection of interactive exhibits for children to explore and learn about the world around them. Exhibits range from a children's theater where dress-up is encouraged to scientific exhibits focusing on the human body and the environment.

Staten Island Museum

Founded in 1881, the Staten Island Museum is New York City's only general interest museum explores the arts, natural sciences, and local history through permanent and changing exhibitions. It's easy to get to the Staten Island Museum, as its located just two blocks from the Staten Island Ferry.
